Office for Coordination with the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services

Coordination of activity of defining service levels for the services provided by the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services (human resources (HR) recruitment and management, purchasing, and logistics) in connection with each Directorate General’s Section I. Monitoring of service levels. Proposals regarding personnel policies; support to the processes for development, training and assessment of human resources. Coordination of departmental activities concerning performance evaluation, the appointment of managers within the Department of the Treasury, personnel training, and mandates for advisory services and working relationships coordinated with persons outside of the Ministry. Management of departmental transfers between the sections of each Directorate General, and liaison with the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services for transfers into and out of the Department of the Treasury. Assessment of the service needs in relation to the execution of responsibilities by the Department’ s personnel, in connection with the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services, for the purpose of the compliance provided by provisions on the subject and the release of the prescribed authorisation. Coordination of the activities regarding the conferral of mandates for advisory services and working relationships coordinated with persons outside of the Ministry. Support to the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services for union bargaining regarding matters of interest to the Department.
