The "Shareholdings and Privatizations" subject area includes all major documents drawn up by Division VII of the Department of the Treasury.
More specifically, the information provided , updated every three months, concerns the shareholdings directly held by the Ministry, resulting from the transformation of public bodies into joint-stock companies or from transfers on the part of other bodies. Furthermore, reports drawn up by the Division under law No. 474/94 on the sale operations carried out, as well as publications and periodical studies on the privatization issue, are also provided.
