On 18 March 2010, the Managing Company of Fondo Italiano di Investimento (http://www.fondoitaliano.it/) participated by the Department of the Treasury was established.
The Company has been presented by the Italian Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Giulio Tremonti, by the Director General of the Treasury, Mr. Vittorio Grilli, and by the top managers of Abi (the Italian Banking Association), Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Confindustria (Industrial Association), Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit Group. The Company is headquartered in Milan.
