The Department of the Treasury has drafted a regulation on wholesale trading venues for government bonds, pursuant to paragraph 10 of Article 61, paragraph 1 of Article 66, paragraph 6 of Article 77-bis and paragraph 2-bis of Article 79-bis of the Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998.
The regulation will repeal the one issued with the Ministerial Decree No. 219 of 13 May 1999. Comments are sought on the draft regulation. Interested parties should submit their comments by 7 March 2008.
